D O M E S T I C  S H I P P I N G

 

We try our best to ship all packages within 24 hours of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on Monday. When orders are placed on holidays, they will be shipped the next business day.

 

We offer shipping from USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.

-2 Day Priority Shipping

-Over Night Shipping

 

All orders placed with 2nd-day shipping will be prioritized and sent out same day if the order is received before 12pm PST. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 24-48 hours for all inquiries, and 48 hours on Saturday or Sunday. We try to respond to all inquiries in an orderly fashion and as fast as possible to better accommodate all of our valued customers.

 

Marybelle offices will be closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.  

PO BOXES:
We cannot ship to domestic PO boxes at this time.

 

D O M E S T I C  R E T U R N S / E X C H A N G E S

Marybelle offers free returns/exchanges for items in original conditions/undamaged with tags attached within 30 days of your receipt of shipment; with the exception of last chance items, which are final sale/no returns. Refunds are for product only and do not include initial shipping costs. Items for return/exchanges must be received in our facility within 15 days after receiving the return label.

To complete a return/exchange, please follow the steps below:

- Forward you purchase order to customerservice@marybelleco.com.

- Please provide a reason for return. If it is an exchange, provide the new requested style/size/color.

- Once email is received you will receive return label via email within 24 hours.

- Please drop off the package with the return label to your nearest USPS.

-Upon receipt to our warehouse, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Any price adjustment will be charged or returned to the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.

P R E – O R D E R S

All purchases made on our site, whether they are for in-stock items or pre-order items, are charged at the time of purchase. Expected pre-order ship dates are listed on their product pages, and can be found by going to the page of the item you’ve pre-ordered and selecting your size. The expected ship date will then show up right beneath the pre-order button.

If you pre-ordered an item and it’s now showing as in stock, that means it just arrived at our warehouse and our team is working as fast as they can to pack and ship your orders. Pre-orders are sent out in the order in which they were received, and you can expect to receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on the way.
